Biography
Angelo Losito was born in Milan on April 10 1967, of Hispanic and Apulian origins. From an early age, he showed talent and passion in every artistic field, which were handed down to him by his mother, a musician.
At just six years, he won his first award for best drawer. At nineteen, he made his first debut in a French fiction , where he played a small role.
After achieving his High School Diploma in classical studies, he devoted himself to drama studies at the academy deepening the diction, the theatrical techniques, the singing and the history of the theatre.
The comparison with some of the most appreciated theatrical actors, such as Anna Proclemer, Tino Carraro, Gabriele Lavia, Monica Guerritore and others, still serve for his professional growth as an actor.
Thus his first appearances in television commercials and on billboards began.
Noteworthy is the collaboration with the world-renowned director John Woo.
His experience with the theatre company “Ad hoc onlus” directed by Manuela Tabossi Centineo was wery intense and productive.
They gave him the chance to play diverse roles in didactic plays.
The meeting with Randall Paul, a Hollywood actor who introduced him to his school ‘’Actor’s studio’’, was meaningful and very important : he learned all the American film and dubbing techniques.
His current artistic background, to date, can boast of several films, short films, medium-length films, television and theatrical experiences.
Finally, the prestigious collaboration with the directors Beniamino Vitale and Lucia Magistro was of great depth for his artistic career, who enriched his acting techniques and led him towards an ‘’intimate’’ theatre, making him grow artistically.
He keeps on working on himself as an actor to this date, increasingly enhancing his artistic research both in theatrical and cinematographic field.
He is also author of a collection of poems and two songs ‘’Strane vibrazioni fragili’’ and ‘’Fiore di loto’’, written in collaboration and published on Hit Mania Dance. |
